Meet Dee Murray: A Journey into Yoga and Wellbeing

Dee’s journey into yoga began with the start of her personal practice at the age of 17. With  the years following yoga has been a constant but changing part of her life, shifting from ‘exercise’ to something far deeper. Her relationship with yoga expanded, flowing from a form of movement into a more holistic, nourishing support for body and mind. Having had many difficult years learning how to parent a wonderful, neurodivergent child she finds yoga, especially restorative yoga, offering a safe, soothing space that allows the body to come back into a feeling of grounded equilibrium. She is passionate about helping tired, overwhelmed people find balance and peace. As a mother to a neurodivergent child, she intimately understands the challenges life can bring and the importance of taking time for yourself. This compassion fuels her dedication to offering restorative yoga classes that nurture the mind and body
