Mens Only Mindfulness Course
A 4-week men only winter series mindfulness course. Starting Saturday 4th January make Saturday evenings part of your new selfcare regime in 2025. Your expert facilitator Allan Brownlie will guide you through challenges and give you new practices, giving you a better meaning of yourself as a man.
Put aside 5pm-7pm each Saturday evening for 4 weeks and experience time for men to talk, listen and share.
